Altria Group Distribution Company (AGDC) is an Altria subsidiary that provides sales, distribution, and consumer engagement services to Altria's tobacco companies.
In his current role, Eric is responsible for executing trade programs to grow Altria’s tobacco companies’ businesses and their customers’ businesses in New Haven County, Connecticut.

American Cellular was an authorized agent of Cingular Wireless (now AT&T). Eric was a retail sales representative at their store in the Crystal Mall in Waterford, CT. Typical duties included greeting customers, asking questions to uncover wants/needs, suggesting appropriate rate plans, features, and equipment, and offering outstanding customer service.
Eric worked at American Cellular full-time until beginning college in the fall of 2002 and continued to work there part-time through most of his college career.

The Mobile Solution

Immediately after graduating high school, Eric started working full time as a sales representative for The Mobile Solution, an authorized dealer of T-Mobile, at their kiosk located in the Crystal Mall in Waterford, CT. This was a very demanding and fast-paced job and the pay was straight-commission, so Eric quickly learned effective sales techniques. After working at The Mobile Solution for five months, Eric earned the opportunity to become a store manager at another location, the Westfarms Mall in West Hartford, CT. The store manager was responsible for creating the weekly schedules, filling out the weekly payroll reports, the hiring of employees, authorizing and processing returns, and of course, SELLING.
